1. Problems & Damages (Broken on Arrival)
We guarantee top-notch packaging because our products contain fragile components like glass and frames. But if your order is broken or arrives damaged:
Upon receiving your order, please check it.
After delivery, get in touch with us within a day.
A clear unboxing video or pictures of the damaged item and its packaging are required.
We will provide you with a free replacement right away at no further cost.
2. Returns (Mental Shift)
An item can be returned within seven calendar days of the date of receipt.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to qualify for a return.
It needs to be in its original packaging.
postage Fees: When returning an item, customers are in charge of covering their own postage expenses.
3. Refunds
We will check your item as soon as we receive it and let you know that it has been returned.
We will begin a refund to your original payment method (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa) within 3-5 business days if your return is accepted.
Please be aware that there are no refunds for the initial shipping costs.
4. Non-Refundable Products
Customized Orders: Unless they arrive broken, frames with unique names, sizes, or designs cannot be returned.
